Libery Pizza & Artigianal Beer
Da non perdere
This pizzeria is a bit hard to find. It is located in the Crocetta area and is without a sign nor outdoor seating; just some windows and some steps leading up to a door. Once inside you are greeted by a wood-fired oven. The first dining area is to the left, with seating for about twenty; to the right, instead, the main dining area with seating for about one hundred. The décor is simple with plenty of wooden accents, which make the dining rooms warm and welcoming. The staff is quick and professional. The menu is not fixed and varies according to season. There are a few dishes available from the kitchen, and a vast beer list which includes craft beers with a concentration of local brews that are displayed in both dining areas. The “La Roberta” the “Calzone Liberty,” are both made with surprise ingredients which always vary. The raw materials are excellent quality, and there are also vegan options. The establishment is always very crowded; it is best to reserve in advance. Parking is difficult but it is easy to reach with public transport.
