Da non perdere
Lievità is located in Via Ravizza between De Angeli and Wagner. It’s easy to get there; the red line of the metro is just five minutes away on foot. The interior of the establishment is pleasant and unfussy. There isn’t much seating, and some of the layout is a bit cramped, but there are also a few outdoor tables. On the shelves the raw materials used are displayed, which is a good presentation concept. The level of quality, in fact, is high here. The menu makes a distinction between the gourmet margheritas and the “extreme” (extremes). There are interesting combinations such as the one with pistachios from Bronte, beef carpaccio or macco di fame. In addition to the regular menu, there are also pizzas of the day. A characteristic we found interesting is that the degree of sweetness of the tomato is indicated on the menu for each pizza. The variety of tomatoes and fiordilatte used are of superior quality. The dough is well-baked and has a good texture; the pizza is light and is not watery. The raw oil on the tomatoes is well-balanced as is the spiciness. The service is attentive and the staff is friendly and cheerful.
