Da non perdere
This gourmet restaurant and pizzeria is located in Tamai (PN), in an easily accessible area with convenient parking. The establishment is elegant and carefully tended, and has a pleasant atmosphere. It proposes four types of pizza with different doughs. These include the thin and crunchy “Pizza Spianata,” the extremely light “Pizza Nuvola,” the crumbly and airy “Pizza Soffiata,” and the high and soft “Pizza Soffice.” Only natural and traditional products are used: olives from Gaeta, anchovies from the Gulf of Policastro, fresh vegetables, DOP Bronte pistachios, and speck from Alto Adige. Here quality rather than quantity is preferred, while respecting tradition and the seasonality of the products. The desserts are innovative; we recommend the Tiramisù.
