This family-style pizzeria is in one of the maritime suburbs of Palermo. It is the dominion of Ron Garofalo, the 1995 European Champion and today member of the Unione Pizzaioli Italiani (Italian Pizza Chef Union). His pizzas are created from doughs with Sicilian durum wheat, and you can choose between the traditional or wholegrain types, both with a minimum leavening time of 48 hours. Beyond the classic pizzas, different variations are also proposed: with a stuffed crust, rolled, square, and with stracchino instead of mozzarella. His pizzas are characterized by a mix of Neapolitan and Sicilian styles; a homage to his native land. On the menu you will also find a few classic antipastos and a small selection of craft beers. The service is attentive.
