This pizzeria near the historic center is composed of two moderately-sized dining areas furnished in a modern style, which are very pleasant. In the summer season, an outdoor area is open with seating protected by a large overhang.
You can observe the pizza chefs working at the oven, which gives an impression of familiarity. The staff is welcoming and very professional in explaining the types of the pizzas produced, which are Neapolitan, classic and gourmet. The various natural leavenings used depend on the flours and the ingredients in the toppings. Much research is done into the recipes for the doughs and this is evident in the perfect leavenings obtained in all of the pizza styles. The ingredients used are excellent, and many are local and seasonal, DOP or Slow Food Presidia products. The use of different extra virgin olive oils to accompany each course is a nice touch.
