A corner of central Teramo that recalls Naples. In fact, thanks to the use of absolute first quality ingredients, Luigi Borriello manages to bring Campania’s magic to his typically Neapolitan pizzas: high and honeycomb crusts, hydrated dough, not too thick in the center. Ample choice, always with an eye to the Neapolitan tradition, therefore generous use of escarole, friarielli,black olives from Gaeta, San Marzano tomatoes and, obviously, buffalo milk mozzarella Dop. One can taste other specialties from Campania besides the pizza, including desserts such as pastiera and babà. Welcoming place, well lit, with tables sufficiently distanced from one another. Courteous and efficient staff, fast service.
