This pizzeria is done in a traditional Neapolitan style and is located in Langhe. It unites pizza, a Slow Food philosophy, long leavenings, different flours, and great wines…. In fact, there is an important wine list, including especially, but not only, the famous local reds which are much appreciated by the international clientele. The place is easy to find and it is also easy to park in the large piazza underneath. Outside there is a beautiful Mediterranean olive grove, little tables and welcome signs. Indoors there is a mix of the modern and the traditional: the kitchen is in sight, the chairs are designer, and the furniture is old-fashioned. The pizzas are similar: classic Neapolitans and the creatives which feature products from the local gastronomic traditions. In the summer there is outdoor seating on the lower floor, and the place doubles in size. There are many tables but it is not cramped. It is a family business, yet the staff is in uniform. Wines are available, also by the glass, but they also serve craft beers, microfiltered water and homemade desserts. This establishment is also an osteria. The view during clear days is breathtaking.
