Patrick Ricci is a great pizza expert: curiosity and passion guide him in a continuous and compelling experimentation which starts from the dough and the raw material used. What is the final result? A pizza that few can rival, both in its conception and ingredients. His establishment is located on the main street of San Mauro Torinese. Behind the establishment you’ll find a large parking lot on the banks of the Po. The environment is traditional, well-maintained and without too much modernity. The staff is careful to explain the method and thought behind Patrick’s creations. It is an unusual reality also in terms of “table logistics.” In fact, there is no silverware on the table as per the owner’s decision since the pizza is served pre-cut into 8 slices. Another element that can be considered unusual is the presentation of a pizza made with a multi-grain dough cooked to perfection with ingredients added fresh at the end, once it is taken out of the oven. By doing so you are engulfed by fragrances and contrasts in texture and temperature. The ingredients themselves illustrate a careful choice in combining tastes and materials with the intention of “trying, exploring and provoking” as explained on the menu.
