Da non perdere
Located in the fashionable area of Syracuse, a few hundred meters from the beautiful Ortigia, this pizzeria offers pizzas which distinguish themselves for the quality of the raw materials used. Three doughs are available: classic, whole wheat, and one made with spontaneous fermentation. The classic pizza in “pala” is available for parties of two or more diners. Many of the ingredients used are Slow Food Presidia products or are from the local territory. The establishment is known for their crust: the perfect bubbliness makes it soft. An alternative to the pizza are the excellent gourmet hamburgers: the buns are home-made with stone ground flour, the meat is Piemontese beef (Slow Food Presidia). There is a good selection of craft beers. The staff is young and courteous.
