This is Enzo Coccia’s first establishment and this year it celebrates 25 years of business. It continues to place the patron and the pizza as its first priority. Here, even when it is crowded, you feel welcomed into a traditional and well-kept place with a professional and cordial staff. The pizza fully respects tradition and even so has its own uniqueness. The dough is perfect in its leavening and baking; it is well-made and melty. The extremely careful selection of ingredients and oils, which are the best available in Campania and which also includes top ingredients from other regions, is at the base of the toppings which are well balanced in taste and consistency. The menu is interesting which, in including both tradition and creativity, fully represents the philosophy of the owner Enzo Coccia, who was the first to give gastronomic dignity to the Neapolitan pizza. There is a small selection of wines and beers. The take away service is well organized.
After a quarter of a century of business, La Notizia is confirmed as an excellent establishment.
