The line out the door onto the street clearly marks the location of Pizzarium. Taking a number and settling down to wait is a necessary duty. The service is kind and fast, however it is difficult to choose from among the variety of pizzas. Their consistency is soft and high with a layer of crunch at their base. It is a pizza topped with strong colors and flavors, and the ingredients are all of the highest quality, including the buffalo-milk mozzarella, the sausage, the anchovies, the Stracciatella, the pistachios and the prosciutto; the list is long. There is no menu, but the showcase of taste and flavor together with the pizza indicates that it is worth it to try the supplì. We recommend the one named alla carbonara and the mozzarella in carozza just to give you an idea of Bonci’s talent. Even if there are no tables nor seats, there are a few places to lean on, including the refrigerators which contain a variety of beers and a few beverages.
