Pizzeria 450 Gradi Pizza e Fritti Gianfranco Iervolino
Da non perdere
Everything is very light in this establishment: from the dining area done in tones of white, to the transparency of the glass, to the stylized red coral, to the clean graphics of the menu with precise, legible information about the food, beverages, ingredients, food allergies and prices. The pizzas, both the classics and the more creative, are elegant both in their size and composition. The aromatic and tasty dough has a traditional consistency thanks to its leavening and baking. The toppings are well-balanced with quality raw materials that have been selected with care and valorized by a good olive oil. The fried offerings are very tasty and served in maxi-portions to satisfy your cravings. They are made according to traditional Neapolitan recipes, yet they are just slightly too wet. There is a nice selection of wines from Campania and foreign beers. Desserts by Alfonso Caputo serve as a graceful conclusion to the meal. The service is precise, polite and well-balanced in terms of waiting times and efficiency.
Gianfranco Iervolino, who is also an appreciated musician and Sergio Bruni enthusiast, is able to fully express his creativity here.
