Attilio Bachetti makes Pignasecca pizza. He is the third generation in his family to follow this tradition which was started in 1938 by his grandfather whose name and craft he carries. The establishment still maintains its folk style and is perfectly integrated into the large pedestrian traffic and daily food market where it is located. The pizza is made in the authentic Neapolitan style, and never falters. It is capable of telling stories through its flavors about the neighborhood, tradition and the city. It has an aromatic dough, which is balanced in its leavening and baking, and tasty, well-conceived topping combinations. The ingredients used are very good, particularly the oil and tomatoes. On the menu you can choose from traditional timeless selections or taste more modern combinations. In addition to pizza there are also many typical Neapolitan dishes that follow the rhythms of seasonality and the daily availability of the raw materials. The selection of beverages is not very extensive but it is suitable for this location.
