Care is given to every last detail in this establishment. They use first-choice raw materials, which are found even in places far from Alano di Piave. Their aim, in fact, is to always offer the absolute best to the patron. This is why many ingredients arrive from the Slow Food Presidia, where you do not need to be a large producer. It is enough to guarantee excellence and high quality, as found in the fior di latte mozzarella from Agerola, the burrata from Andria, the ham from Mora Romagnola, or the guanciale from Cinta Senese. The pizza is light, tasty, fragrant; the result of a dough with a long leavening time. The choice of beers and wines is excellent; even a nice glass of Franciacorta, of Verdicchio or Champagne can be a valid pairing, as specifically advised on the menu. Da Ezio boasts a history of over 40 years. It was started by Ezio Lovatel and now continues with his son Denis at the helm. It is among the best pizzerias in this region of Italy.
