Good job, but no seconds. The pizza is a 7+. The atmosphere is nice, suitable for families, with courteous staff well-prepared to answer any question - the basis for a progressive improvement exists. The pizza base is good and the 20% of soy in the dough gives it an interesting touch that deserves more research into the topping ingredients. The Quattrocento pizza is well-made, the house pizza is recommended. One dining room, one oven and one pizza chef are completely dedicated to gluten-free pizzas and this respect for gluten intolerant customers is applause worthy. It is possible to eat outdoors in the summer.
