This place is located along the road that connects Potenza to the WWF Oasis of Pantano di Pignola lake. The establishment is very large and divided into several rooms. You will receive a polite and kind welcome. The territory is well represented by the products used here. The ingredients are well manipulated, which results in a pizza of great lightness and balance as the final product. You can perceive the effects of a well-settled tradition upheld over time, where Salvatore Santarsiero acts as the balancer of flavors. The dough is light with a variety of flavors and aromas that make these pizzas a truly tasty product. The proposals are varied and there is also a wide selection of alternatives to pizzas. When I visited I ordered the traditional Margherita, the Regina Margherita with two types of tomatoes and the Marinara. All were extremely light, well balanced, and with an intense flavor. Most importantly, the health measures are in place and there is care in respecting them.
