It is well hydrated with a high crust that is not overly so. The toppings are distributed on the pizza in a regular and proportionate manner. The aesthetic balance is in symmetry with the taste, thanks to a correct integration of flavors. The Vesuvia pizza is a revelation, with stockfish, fiordilatte, olives, capers, and Piennolo tomatoes. All these ingredients together create an explosion of flavors refreshed by the citrusy touches of the Sorrento lemon zest. The welcome and the service could be improved.
