This cozy establishment has well-separated environments. The pizzas we ordered all had different characteristics: the marinara, simple and essential, had an added boost of intense mountain oregano. A slight excess of toppings and some small imperfections in the baking do not fully enhance the flavor of the margherita that does, however, stand out for the quality of the tomato sauce and the fiordilatte. The pizza Scammaro piselli 100 giorni instead is a great success, the flavors are well-balanced. Creativity is a constant also in the Cacio e Pepe pizza but less successful in the flavor aspect due to an excess of sweetness that tends to penalizes the overall balance. The staff is friendly, but not very well-informed about the carefully selected products used. The beverage list is a rather basic, and also not in line with the pizzas offered, which instead demonstrate creativity and attention to detail.
