This place serves a Neapolitan pizza made by the book. Additionally, there is a careful sourcing of the raw materials from the Marche region. A light dough is the result of years of research by the volcanic Marcello D’Erasmo. It has a soft crust with a delicate taste of grain and toasting which derives from good flours and the baking in a wood-fired oven. The fried pizza is excellent; the traditional bufalina
have a tasty tomato sauce that has been seasoned to perfection. We also recommend trying the pizzas that are off-menu which have seasonal toppings that favor the vegetables and often arrive directly from garden to the pizzeria. The pizza by Mamma Rosa can also be tried in their second location in San Benedetto del Tronto (in Via Cristoforo Colombo, n.80).
