An institution in Testaccio for over 40 years. The Roman-style pizza is cooked in a wood-oven in its own essence: crunchy, extra-fine, light. In a word: ‘scrocchiarella’, just as the Romans want it. It’s a spartan place, without pretense, but with a large seating capacity. Service is rowdy but efficient and professional. Fried foods and finger foods are also served.
