The pizza is Neapolitan style with a slow rising dough made with a sourdough starter, with up to a 48-hour leavening; the dough presents as light and easy-to-digest with excellent ingredients that enhance its consistency and taste.
An ample personal pizza selection is offered at dinner as well as pizza by the meter with a choice of multigrain, whole-wheat or gluten-free doughs.
The wood-oven cooking is perfect.
