This is a modern establishment done in marine colors of the sea. The management of the influx of tourists could be improved, as could the quality of service at the tables. Given the youth of the dining room waitstaff, we are certain this issue can easily be fixed.
The fried offerings are spectacular and are worth the wait, while the baked pizzas are rich and tasty even if the dough needs to be lighter. Vincenzo’s enthusiasm and international experience is evident in his marketing: the menu, photos, and his participation in television programs make him a pizza chef that is in step with the times. The menus have excellent graphics, however, they could stand to be replaced due to wear and tear. The choice ranges from traditional pizzas to gourmet. There is a careful selection of beers which are proposed as pairings. We highly recommend tasting the wide variety of fried delicacies, but at strategic times so as to avoid the crowd.
