Da non perdere
A small village of only 81 inhabitants in the heart of Sardinia hoasts Sa Scolla. It is a pizzeria, a trattoria and a cooking school, but above all it is a venture that promotes Marmilla. The décor is rustic and the staff is courteous and friendly. The beverage menu includes products typically found in this territory. Everything in this establishment revolves around Sardinia, influencing both the kitchen and the pizzas. The dough is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the result of a detailed study in dough mixing. On the menu, in addition to the classic pizza with buffalo cheese, you can also find special proposals. One example is the tuna, peas, and chickpeas; another is the “caponata” both of which are a must to taste. Honorable mention goes to "seadas," truly a small masterpiece.
