The pizzeria by Renato Bosco lives up to its fame and expectations. Forget the concept of a Neapolitan pizzeria. Saporè is a gourmet laboratory. The search for new doughs using different flours, innovative baking techniques and excellent products is constant. This all together translates into flavors that amaze. The locale is pleasant, modern and elegant. There is seating for about sixty and even a corner library. The staff is young and professional. The oven is not wood-fired and is well in sight. The waiter proposes a tasting menu that offers a series of doughs and ingredients of excellent quality. We recommend the Crunch (a sort of focaccia that is crunchy on the bottom and soft on top), the Doppio Crunch (crunchy both on the bottom and top) and the traditional pizza that is “without added yeasts.” The tasting experience was excellent: fresh ingredients that were tasty and seasoned to perfection. The price/quality ratio is good, and there are four types of proposals. Do not miss the splendid dolci di bosco, winners of important awards. Advise in case of food allergies.
