Da non perdere
This pizzeria is accessible by car and by public transport. Apart from the window seating, it has outdoor seating for about twenty. The dining area is long and seats about sixty. The furnishings are in wooden, except for a few sofas. The establishment is modern, well-lit, with a rustic touch. The menu has a gastronomic proposal that is extremely varied and detailed. It spans from the simple margherita pizza with sourdough and a long fermentation, to pizzas with a high crust, to doughs with mixed leavenings and long fermentations, to Roman focaccias and pizzas with spontaneous fermentation to satisfy the vegetarian patrons. It is possible to order a personalized tasting menu: slices of pizzas with different doughs, fragrances and textures. At weekends you can make request something off-menu from the chef. The wine list is very rich, as is the beer list, which includes many craft brews. Organic pressed apple juice is included among the beverages on offer. We advise booking in advance.
