This colorful and fun pizzeria is enlivened by multicolored tables – and blackboards on the walls – which illustrate the various ingredients used for the trapizzini and the pizzas.  The latter is a faithful slice of both creativity and tradition, a common factor which unites the different locales by the genial Sefano Callegari.   His pizzas oscillate between the decisive flavor of the Cacio e Pepe and the comforting softness of the Neapolitan.  They are characterized by a pronounced crust, a light dough and topped with superior quality ingredients which are seasonal and perfectly harmonized.  The offer of the establishment is heightened by the unsurpassable fried delicacies, the excellently made desserts and the legendary Trapizzini.  These are triangles of pizza that wrap around delicious fillings such as chicken alla cacciatora, spezzatino alla picchiapò, tripe and other traditional dishes mostly belonging to the Jewish-Roman gastronomic culture.  The selection of beers is appreciatively extensive and the service is smiling and courteous.
