Berberè

If today Bologna is not only considered the town of tortellini, lasagna and noodles, but also a place to enjoy a pizza under the porches, it is thanks to this place which was born in 2010 in a shopping centre, between chains of perfumes and appliances. Berberé has had many attempts at imitation attempts, such as the famous enigmatic head, but has in the meantime become inimitable by becoming a national brand (Milan, Turin, Florence) and with international development prospects since its opening in London. Locations change, but not the formula: pizza served with cloves, a choice of special doughs, excellent ingredients and a strong focus on food ethics.
