Box Pizza faces the spectacular Prato della Valle and in the warmer season offers a welcoming outdoor space. The establishment has a sober elegance and a contemporary style. The pizza dough is twice risen, with flour made from grain which is washed before being ground. The complete rising cycle lasts 60 hours. The pizzas offered are classic, fried, crunchy or cooked in a pan with dough which is made with only starter yeast. The dough of the last two options in fact, is made with only starter yeast, the first is served by slices, the second by wedge. The toppings are of high quality. The selection of craft brews is excellent.
