Miglior Comfort e Benessere Complessivo
Dry is located in via Solferino in the Brera district, one of Milan’s most fascinating quarters. Poised midway between a pizzeria and a cocktail bar, it is a well appointed and lively venue. A few months ago, it opened a new branch in the Repubblica area. The interior is accurately designed with soft lighting, modern furnishings and background music. There is a fine selection of beers and cocktails, of the traditional and creative kinds, for accompanying pizza and focaccia bread, all of which are conceived by starred chef Andrea Berton. Although not particularly vast, the selection is an interesting one. The soft fragrant focaccia breads are served with excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses. The pizzas are classified as white or red. It is evident that a great deal of attention has gone into the making of the dough and we have always found the pizza to be tasty and digestible, having returned on more than one occasion. The service is friendly and informal. In a few words, diners can enjoy a dynamic, metropolitan, yet relaxing atmosphere. That of Dry is an innovative model of pizzeria whose successful interpretation of pizza is perfectly in line with tradition, albeit set in an original and innovative scenario.
