The brothers from San Giorgio, while turning out hundreds of pizzas a day, always offer the same quality. A quality at 360 degrees made of excellent raw materials; a service that, even in the moments of greater affluence, is courteous and valid; from a proposal of remarkable beers on tap; to a wine list, many of which are also proposed by the chalice, which would make any important restaurant blanch, with wine top ups from the enoteca. The dough is soft and melting, the result of high hydration, it is the perfect base for classic pizzas but also for proposals that change according to the season and even more frequently. Noteworthy is the proposal of the fries, perhaps the best in circulation. Following the tradition, one must definitely try the mythical “Cosacca”; and maybe wanting to submit to the new, the 6-tomato pizza or the “ocean pizza”.
