The young Pier Daniele Seu, award winner of the “2016 Italian Emerging Pizza Chef” award proposes a pizza with a long rising time, which is crunchy and at the same time soft with an airy crust. A skillful union of both the Neapolitan and Roman styles with the use of genuine ingredients for a menu which offers seven varieties, including fried pizza too. Since last February 2017 it has been located at the Mercato Centrale (Central Market) in Rome, next to the Termini Station, it offers the possibility to enjoy a tasty pizza both day and evening, at a table or in a hurry before leaving.
