Paolo Pannacci has married a vision of quality pizza with a gourmet tasting experience: the pizzas offered vary in terms of the different types of doughs (with type 1 flour; “gourmet” which is twice-risen with spelt flour, whole-wheat and hemp) as well as the uniqueness of the steam-cooked dough. The dining areas are spacious, a little noisy, with some outdoor tables and convenient parking. The appetizers, first and second courses offered are limited.
