The story of Ron Garofalo starts in the fields, he lives the oven, and is mad about football. The allies of this passion are personal, so that Ron defines himself as a “peasant pizza chef”: ancient Sicilian grains and a sour dough over 115 years old. Mistral, the pizzeria in the “bend” of the Tonnara Bordonaro, is the natural playing field of “Master Ron”. You can order from the “Multiple Choice” menu on each table. The proposals are varied: rustic, classical, the vegans, rolls in “bellavista”, the squares with crusts filled with mozzarella.
