Franco Pepe has made his way in recent years, starting from the historic family pizzeria, imagining, dreaming, and finally giving birth to his Pepe in Grani creature. A Relais & Châteaux of the Pizza, in a small centre in the province of Caserta, completely reborn after this opening. Three suites where you can sleep, a room completely dedicated to working on the dough, a hi-tech room where relying on a very attentive service could suffice to make it one of the best pizzerias in the world, but Franco did not stop. In addition to the classic proposals, Franco began to study the ingredients: not only raw materials of an excellent quality, but a deep and refined thoughfulness, on the combinations and how to make the most of each individual ingredient. With this philosophy small jewels were born such as “the shoe” or the “sea and mountains”, in addition to the wonderful calzone stuffed with the curly endive.
