The dough, slowly leavened and subjected to several stages of processing, guarantees high digestibility without sacrificing the taste of local and extra-regional raw materials of excellent quality. From semi-whole flour, transformed into regular diameter and content bases, a thicker pizza is created more pronounced than the average, but soft and with a right degree of surface crunchiness. A pizza out of the box arrives at the table, enriched by seasoning, mainly oriented to the products of the area, without however denying the notes of originality in the combinations.
