Massimo Giovannini, owner of the Apogeo (since 2008), is a pizzaiolo of time-consolidated experience (since 1994, to be exact) who manages this fine venue in Pietrasanta with his wife Barbara. It is easy to reach (just a few hundred metres from the motorway exit) and has a convenient car park next to the venue. In the summer, food is served outside where there is also a lounge area for guests who are waiting for their table or who, having already eaten, can enjoy the original cocktails on offer.
The menu is subdivided into three sections: tradition; dedicated to; innovation.
There is a limited selection of dishes from the kitchen; the desserts are home-made. Booking is advisable and – a point in their favour – it is possible to do so through the venue’s functional website.
