A place which is mostly rustic but with a few modern touches. The first page of the menu, which is in the process of being expanded, is devoted to Puglia. The pizzas are superlative. All thanks to the dough made with semolina flour of type 2, semolina and “Venus” rice, with starter yeast and long rising times; the choice of ingredients; the creative composition of the toppings. Emanuele Natalizio offers a good pizza which is easy to digest and not easy to forget. Efficient service.
