Ristorante Pizzeria Le Parùle
At the foot of Vesuvius, after a small “revolution” in the family business, Giuseppe Pignalosa opens “Le Parule”, which in tradition were the vegetable gardens. That area, historically, was the great fruit and vegetable reserve of the city of Naples and in the pizza with vegetables Giuseppe seems to express his best. The “Scarolella” and the “Parule” are very good, supported by a well-risen and very digestible dough. The other raw materials are also of great quality, in addition to the aforementioned vegetables: tomatoes, fior di latte, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop. A good selection of beers and wine. A very willing and professional service completes the offer.
