Here you can find Stefano’s classical famous creations like the “Cacio e pepe” cooked with ice to raise the crust and then seasoned raw or “Greenwich” with Stilton and Port reduction. A selection of fries and delicious rice balls and courteous service makes the whole thing perfect. It is worth mentioning the famous Trapizzini, pizza pockets with dishes of Romanesque tradition. A good place to sample a Roman pizza that has become a classic.
