Fried pizza by the book in this friggitoria; the latest to spring up in Via Pietro Colletta, a street with a high density of historic pizzerias. It is a point of sale for take away service and just ahead a dining area with about twenty seats. The fried pizza is very tasty, crunchy and not greasy. On the menu we find the cuoppo and a choice of traditional, seasonal and special offerings. Very tasty is the montanarine to welcome you; small but carefully chosen selection of craft beers, and the wine list is good for pairings; the two marsalas by the glass proposed as accompaniments are excellent. The ingredients used for the toppings are well-selected; cordial service, the family management and slow pace make it a pleasurable stop.
