The new menu of the remodelled 400 Gradi opens with the iconic Beatles lyric with which Andrea Godi, young Leccese pizza chef, signals his personal revolution, reminding us that if love is important, of likewise importance is food as well. Three years of growth, of initiatives and challenges aimed to improve, the new pizzeria is an example of this. All green, a jungle with a bunch of monkeys hung on the vines, and, for the menu, a palette of colors, green for the antipasti, yellow for the fried pizzas, red for the tomato ones. We recommend the Cetarese. His doughs are the fruit of his passion, study and hard work. They follow the indirect method and 30 hours of maturation, for traditional Neapolitan rounds of pure goodness, with a high, soft and elastic crust.
