We are in an agri-tourism business in Viterbese. It has a rustic and country decor, as it should, a pleasant outdoor space during the mild season, and simple and straightforward cooking. On the menu dishes and products from the territory, and when the products are not homemade, there is a clear indication from which companies the products derive from. Products that are used also in the pizzeria, where alongside the traditional toppings are more unique topping propositions, many of which are with vegetables from their garden, which you can try in a tasting menu. Here very little yeast is used and new, stone-ground flours are always being experimented. The dough, with a long leavening, goes towards softness, with a final result being light, tasty and digestible. Family service, good price-quality relationship.
