A classic pizza; a variety of flours is not used, rather they work with the most classic and traditional white 00 grade flour. Particular care is given to the leavening using long maturation times; approximately 70 hours. At the end of its course the offered product is well presented in its dish, the cooking in the wood-fired oven is well-executed and complete. A classic Italian pizza, soft, with the right toppings, enjoyable. The establishment gives the impression of being rather dated. The dinning room service is fast, also considering the number of customers. It will be changing management shortly, but not its pizza chef. Wine list with two labels, about 50 different beers.
A part from the pizza there is also lunch and dinner service from the kitchen.
