A historic establishment, from the classic and welcoming decor, situated in an area of Gorizia which is easily reachable. For 35 years it has been a high quality pizzeria. Only first choice primary materials and ingredients are used. It uses the best flours, a sourdough starter and long leavening times. It unifies tradition and innovation, with a proposal of pizzas that spans from the classic, fish pizzas, with meat or vegetarian to those with more unique flavours, with the use of always fresh seasonal ingredients. Also the doughs are innovative: alternative flours, from the wholegrain, to the four cereals, gluten free, to the more unique as, for example, the ginger and curcuma ones. Pastas and second course dishes are not missing, excellent sandwiches with bread prepared on the spot, not to mention the tasty desserts.
