For more than a quarter of a century, this warm and welcoming establishment in a cottage style ten minutes from the city center, in a territory with a strong wine vocation as Donnici, proposes its Cosenza-style pizza proudly. Over the years – while the strucuture has grown at the same rate as its customer appreciation – the Presta brothers have not given in to trends in their menu which still today, is based on quality primary materials and carefully selected ingredients: here, we can say, that your average cheese has never been welcome. About one hundred seats distrubuted among four dinning areas plus a garden shaded by trees which is lovely when the hot summer becomes suffocating downstream. At the oven, which is well in sight, the eye is drawn to the crunchy pizzas inspired by dishes of the Bruzia tradition (broccoli and sausage, for example, appear on the menu as well as the “’mpacchiuse potatoes”), while on the vegetable pizza there is spinach alongside classic grilled eggplant and zucchini.
