There are multiple “Anema e Cozze” pizzerias along the boot, in Milan alone there are three. The chosen format involves the collaboration of two souls of Neopolitan cuisine: pizza and the sea in the form of numerous seafood dishes, among which are scialatelli, fish frys and sautés. But Anema e Cozze also excites, above all, because of its pizzas, from the traditional to the seasonal such as the boscaiola, to the more unusual ones realized with five grain doughs (cacio cheese, pepper and hazelnuts) or with cuttlefish ink (mussels and grape tomatoes).
The traditional pizzeria model paired with the gastronomic proposal seems to work, as does the attentive and cordial service in the dining area.
