Eating here is a chance to breathe in the air of a pizzeria from the 1800s. There are two opposite entrances on the small streets of the Spanish Quarter, and on one side the to-go service, with the counter and oven between the two dining rooms – all of which renders this establishment very unique. The two founding brothers are at work, Ciro and Gennaro. The pizza is in a popular-traditional style: thin, soft, medium crust, the dough is soft where there are toppings and crunchy where the oven has cooked the dough more thoroughly. The ingredients are selected with care when compared to the price of the final product. The atmosphere is tiled and clean, there are the essential table settings, and a courteous and extroverted service staff. At lunch there are warm, traditional Neapolitan dishes served.
