We are at the beginning of Valle d’Aosta at this hotel, restaurant, pizzeria and bar, as they indicate on the menu. The establishment is beautiful, very much in the style of the region, with wood everywhere and a pizza oven well in view. The atmosphere is therefore warm and welcoming, also thanks to the gracious and courteous service. The rest is due to the ample selection of focaccias and pizzas, all of a high level (and of truly large sizes) with absolute quality highlighted in those dedicated to the agricultural and gastronomic products of the territory: Arnad lard, traditional cured meat from Val d’Aosta, boudin, fontina cheese, etc. The wine and beer offering was also good and plentiful with a nice Val d’Aosta presence. The result? It’s always full….a reservation is necessary.
