Guglielmo Vuolo arrived in Verona with his art and long experience. His establishment has a post-modern style and an “urban” spirit. It is close to the fair and it is also a shop, selling typical products from Campania (those used on the pizzas) thanks to the partnership with Assaporito. Two floors with wide windows are dedicated to delicious Neapolitan cuisine. There are true Neapolitan pizzas, made from doughs with a long rising time which are extremely easy to digest (there is even a dough made with seawater). Toppings, dominated by tomatoes, are offered in many different varieties; so much so that it has become the distinguishing characteristic of this establishment. Few beers, but they are craft brews of good quality. The service is fast and cordial: it is especially nice to hear the Neapolitan dialect spoken.
