The quality makes the difference, as does the search for perfection in the leavenings and in the materials. Creativity that appears in the classics and a careful attention to detail. All of these elements have contributed to the growth (which still continues) of Berberè, which today in Milan has two locations: on the Island and in the Navigli. The materials are, above all, par excellence. The ‘raro del sud’ is not only at the top of the pizza menu, but also in the stuzzicherie (finger food starters) and in everything else that is proposed. The establishment, which is at this point a tradition, once housed an even more historic circolo Gilippo Sassetti. It is a place where Neapolitan flavours are forged with an atmosphere and environment that retraces the conviviality of a 1950s Milan. Two simplicities create the standard: the pizza and the atmosphere. Excellent choice of beers, and homemade desserts.
